Refunds

Due to the nature of the service, we do not accept refunds.

Lateness

Each service has a 5-minute grace period. Anything past that will be canceled & charged 50% of the service fee.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your session, you must do so 24 hours prior to your scheduled reservation.

Rescheduling

You can reschedule your reservation 24 hours of the time of your appointment.

No-Shows

Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled reservation will be charged a cancellation fee (see above). Pending NO SHOW reservations must be paid before booking future appointments.
